1. IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully. Your use of my music by your church, congregation, and/or school implies that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

 

2. LICENSE

Your one-calander-year subscription ($75) grants you a license to download and photocopy any and all music offered under the banner of this subscription for your choir, congregation, and/or school. You may download sound files (mp3s) and provide the as learning materials for your choir. Also included are graphics files for bulletins and service leaflets when applicable. All texts included are public domain, property of Ichthus Music Press (IMP), or used by permission and your license gives you permission to print these in bulletins or programs.

3. PAYMENT AND LENGTH OF SUBSCRIPTION

Upon payment, you will be given access to the subscription service for one calendar year. Near the end of this calendar year, you will receive a prompt to re-register. You will not be automatically charged for an extension of your registration without your explicit permission.  Should your subscription lapse, you will no longer be able to access the works under the subscription banner.

4. MODIFICATIONS TO SCORES

You are allowed to adapt the scores as necessary for the forces you have on hand. You are NOT ALLOWED to change the pdfs for redistribution.

5. UNAUTHORIZED USE

The subscription is for YOUR church and/or school only and may not be transferred to any other institution. My servers will notify me if there seems to be abnormal activity from any one account. If your account and password have been hijacked, you will be given the opportunity to reset your account. If I find, however, that you're not following the rules, I reserve the right to terminate your subscription. It is a violation of copyright to distribute downloaded PDFs without permission of IMP.  I am happy to provide permission for conferences, reading sessions, joint choir concerts, and the like.

6. ASSIGNABILITY

Sub-licensing, re-assignment, or transfer of the subscription to any entity without prior written consent from IMP is a violation of copyright.

7. REFUND POLICY

Since you can see and hear everything online before subscribing, I do not issue refunds once you have subscribed.

8. RECORDING

With your subscription, you have permission to record any and all music offered under the banner of this subscription during regular services, or in private recording sessions. However, these recordings may not be made available for commercial sale without negotiating mechanical rights with IMP.

9. PRIVACY AND SECURITY

We will use your email address to keep you informed about IMP, new music, recommendations, and subscription renewal. I will never give, sell, or distribute any of your information - including your email address. I use Paypal to process your subscription payments. Payment information is not stored by IMP.
